Flow submerges the viewer in the sounds and light of daybreak reflected in the river’s waters. A voice-over describes, then disorganises, an account of a personal history and relationship with the river. Flow interrogates the act of story-telling that is the construction of the identity that we project to others, inviting the viewer/listener to consider the potential of leaky boundaries and fluid subjectivities: shared, mutual, mutable and formless.
